I've just figured out how to make my game use a TON less resources. I've now uploaded a new release with these changes.

I have no idea how well it can run on regular computers now, but here's how I did it:

(I apologise for the cringey meme)

  1. I've set the game to "Mobile" mode, which is optimised for portable devices, I guess

  2. I capped the framerate at 60fps. This should help a bit with using less resources.

  3. Straight-up deleted the lighting. I mean c'mon, you couldn't even see the lighting. All it was doing was eating up processing power. So I've cut it out of the equation, and that's fixed the lag spikes the game can have.

  4. Activated low processor mode. This means the game will stop updating frames when absolutely nothing is happening. Which allows it to use less resources.

Soooo if you want you can test out the newest release and see if your device has an easier time running the game.
