(P.S. I'm doing some fixes for XL at the moment. IRL stuff is letting up for the moment and Project: Retro is on hold until I can find the motivation to get it off the ground.)

Well I've had a VERY productive night.
Good news: The files are now safe at home.
Bad news: Gonna be two days until the necessary enclosure comes in so I can access the data.
...and even more backup funds I have spent just to get back to where I was.
Pain.

Okay, the classic "Vent about it not working, then find a fix almost immediately" tactic has worked yet again. Still got some more stuff to fix, but it's something.
