Let me explain why in this post. It's because when you enter one of the worlds you will get this sense of a apocalyptic and unnerving feel which makes the game disturbing and scary at the same time. The world's will have this blood sangria goop which has eyeballs, buttercups, and infested cracks everywhere in all of the 20 worlds and the boss fights well some of them will have that goop all over them but not all them.
