Having started the new year with a bounce, it seems strange that as I type this nothing has been moved beyond the initial scribble on a piece of paper stage. While there are probably an infinite number of reasons this might be the case, it does not fill me with hope as I stare at the numerous IDE’s that I have open in front of me.

Still, I look back at this past quarter as a reminder that I need to focus - that is ignore all else and discipline myself. Set a goal and stick to to!

The Easter holidays could be a great testing grounds for my renewed attempt at self discipline, the posibility of distractions increases the greater the number of kids sitting around the house bored. Might get them more involved in my projects, literally killing many birds (and hours of time) with one stone.

Anyways, on my ToDo list for the next three weeks are:

Beneath the Banana Moon - my large scale adventure game. I have some sketches that I intend to use so might as well pad out things a bit more.

Night of the Mombies - this is more of a family affair, Susan had suggested various ideas while the Kids seem to enjoy the idea of feeding a virtual mother lots of coffee.

The Coffee Break Adventure Game- my take on the quick play roguelike game. This is going to be my main focus, but I’ve said that many times before.
