It's been quite a while, hasn't it?

Hello everyone, it's Badger here. You may know me as the one behind some of the music in the game. I'm sure a lot of you are confused, excited, scared even. What the hell has been happening with this game?
Well, give me some time and I can explain.

-Where's Neveroff?
As some of you are aware, this game was launched by my good friend, Neveroff. He was the backbone of our project and kept us going for quite some time. It was his vision that lead this project, and his vision that kept us going.
As some of you are aware, Neveroff dropped off the face of the planet for quite some time, leaving us in the dark on what we were to do with this project. We went on a hiatus as we didn't want to abandon our game, but we didn't know what to do.

I've come to confirm that Neveroff has been dealing with quite a lot of personal stuff. Due to this, he has decided he will no longer be part of our team, at least at this point in time. Whether he ever comes back to help out or not is up to debate.

-What's going to happen to Underfell?

Underfell is not being cancelled or scrapped, I can promise you that. I cannot confirm how long it'll take us, however. Making a game that replicates the style and gameplay of Undertale is quite a lot of work, especially for a small team.

We're trying our hardest to do what we can, but we all have personal lives with other things going on, it's going to take quite a long time to achieve what we want. Our main goal at this point is to make a fleshed-out demo for all of you, starting by combing over the current alpha demo and fixing it up.

-How can we help?

I have gotten a lot of questions about helping with the game in some way. I personally would love the help, but I need more time to talk with our current team before we bring anyone else on board. That's not to say we won't be accepting anyone, but it's going to be some time before we do so.

-So, what now?
First and foremost, I'd like to provide an apology for the radio silence. It's been a long time since any progress had been shown off, so I'm terribly sorry for keeping you all in the dark for so long.

We're working on what we can for the game to deliver the vision we want to give to everyone, all the while respecting Neveroff's vision in the process. I've been hard at work with fixing the current soundtrack, as well as helping manage the team and motivating us to keep going.

We have our discord server that anyone is free to join, it's in a bit of a rough state, but as time goes on, we'll have it in a much better shape. You can join and interact with the team, discuss ideas/theories for the game, make some friends, or just post art and whatnot!

We want to give the community a game worth waiting for, and while the wait has been painful, I promise you that we will make it worth your while.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask away in the comments, ask me or the team on discord, or wait around for more updates!

For now though, that's about all I have to say. It's been a long few years of silence, but let's get this train moving, shall we?

Runestones: from concept to in-game model🗿

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

Quantum precognition is one of the most powerful cards. End game cards & equipment. Demo/alpha build boss is no match for this deck.

Sometimes the suction cup get sticky. Small animation I made in Blender after doing my tutorial on picking up/dropping objects in animations. Crate model by jQueary (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-sci-fi-crate-d98deca6…).

One of the most critical update for Sunblaze demo. Now you are able to pet a cat! Finally!
