This was the first game I've ever done with a team and i think it turned out quite good!
The game was developed in 1 month for the boss rush game jam 2025 on itch.io and I learned a lot developing it!
The jam's theme was "spin" and we came up with the idea of having a giant wheel the controls various elemental effects (meteor showers, lihhtning storms earthquakes...) that you have to use the right effect to solve puzzles to pregress the game!

We set the game in a post-apocalyptic wastland, with a slight steampunk theme where the Wheel controls the world and it's your job to destroy it!
There are about 10 different enemy types, a total of 6 bosses, 7 unique levels and 2 endings!!

I learned a lot of stuff while making this game: I created a dynamic sound system because I'm too lazy to use gamemaker's built-in one :), I created a slow-time system that also works with particles and finally a hitbox and menu system. All of the above stuff is reusable in other games and I'm really proud of how it works! (maybe one day I'll clean up the code and publish theese systems for everyone )

The game ended up being kinda hard but I beleive that if you managed to read this far you can do it! :)
Thank you for reading, I hope you'll enjoy the game!!
