Finished up the Materials system so it actually works now. Wood still looks terrible but once I get motivation I will probably actually make that it's own base sprite.
Reworked UI. It's still a little weird but its actually presentable now, and its dynamic enough so that adding options isn't gonna be a chore. And selecting new parts and materials actually cool! Huge step up from the variable sliders, yeesh.
Next steps for me is probably going to be:
Making Wood Texture and applying it to all Parts
Making a limiter on materials so that some materials cannot be used on certain parts (wooden gun moment)
On a similar note, making a limiter for parts so that future weapons can remove parts if a certain part is in place
Changing the Long Handle and the Revolver Base, they don't really make sense and the RB makes the triggers look weird. Idk what ill do for the RB yet but the Long Handle is for sure turning into a Wrapped Handle, at least until I crack the recipe for Modifiers.
Making the Axe Weapon. Or rather, the "tool on a stick" weapon, since parts for it will probably include hammer-heads and spear-heads.
Oh, you want another build? This weekend is gonna be busy, but if i have time, i'll post this newest version tommarow, but if not, expect it to be out sunday afternoon CT time.
