Added some npc cars to the city. Makes the city feel more alive. Also, they’re very deadly. If you or an npc is touched your instantly dead. I may change it to where it just does a little bit of damage. Also, need to make them react to certain things (stop at stop signs, collisions or whatever) but that can be worked in later.
