main room redesign (new / old comparison)

curse you gamejolt compression, why do you have to make the colours so muted. youll have to download the image to see what i was actually after.

material preview for anyone interested

worked really hard on this one. especially proud of some of the props in this scene. might do a prop showcase as my next post.

anyway, its been a while. sorry to keep disappearing on you like this suddenly but i wanted to work on another game for a bit. its a little retro style game inspired by fnaf and the glitched attraction - https://gamejolt.com/games/krampuscabin/957367 (you can also read my devlog on how terribly wrong development on this game went there)

i also took a little time off to learn texturing techniques, as some of you may be able to tell, so now my textures are at an acceptable quality.

what my texture setups used to look like (not fully accurate but who cares its just an example)

what they more resemble now

i think you'll all find the next room very interesting. it's not exactly going to be quite in line with every other room so far, and im excited to share it all with you soon (maybe).

also, im going to be making the game page more in depth and detailed than what it was previously, so look forward to that.

expect my next post to be a prop reel :)

thank you all for your continued support!

William Afton character sheet reference for the upcoming TRTBN Comic (Fnaf Fan Made) Surely not perfect, first time doing any of that but at the same time i frankly dont care too much, it looks good to me and i like 80s style. Plus cartoony proportions 2
