This should (hopefully) give better context as to the proper use of the chip and how to find these secret characters.
Should also pair well with the Quests menu's updated display of locked/unlocked special rewards.

To make it a bit less confusing for players who keep asking about it, one of the locked character descriptions is being changed.

Good news: The files are now safe at home.
Bad news: Gonna be two days until the necessary enclosure comes in so I can access the data.
...and even more backup funds I have spent just to get back to where I was.
Pain.
Huh, that's different.
Still need to move it over to the proper drive once other important IRL events are over, but...
