So the plot goes like this. Let's say Mizal got sent into the far future (2926) while investigating a rift that invades Earth and ended up in a big arena-space station hybrid area. Back on Earth, Joost and Mizzy (bro pick a name blue mizz) tries to get contact with Mizal, but nothing worked. Take note that they don't know what happened to him, and he doesn't know what happened to the two either.

While exploring the station side of the place, he realizes that there is a song contest ongoing taking place in the arena side via a holographic screen through one of the windows. However, he doesn't bother with that as what he wants is to find his two allies. And while wanders around, he found a figure, feeling familiar, but also suspicious. He looks the same as the tall, blonde friend of him, but he is clad in black, and... He has horns?

Assuming that this is his phase, he decided to check out the figure, but he is too fast... and threatening even. Throwing shards as fast and strong as the silhouette can while he runs, Mizal starts to suspects he is not the friend he's looking for. While he feels like he should go back to present day Earth, something... No, the Fragment tells him to follow that guy. Something is wrong about him.

From what he can last track the person, he ends up at the grand entrance of the arena. And as he opens the door... Lights flashes his eyes as it reveals the environment of the contest. Lively, with hundred thousands of people cheering over who they're rooting for, and the hosts, wearing majestic clothing, that even Mizal who has impeccable showhost outfit feels humbled (well he always is). He knows that the person he sees earlier has a motive to come here. Is it related to this competition? And why so?

“That guy, whoever that is... He's stealthy... A bit too stealthy.” he thinks to himself.

And after exhaustion, Mizal ended up at the same spot he knows about the contest, but something's off. An abrupt display of emergency maintenance screen card? Whatever happens, he has a feeling this is not a normal incident.

Might be my last major artwork of 2025 if I decide not to draw Viktor's third aurafarming artwork... Hopefully not

Side Lore Note: The guy on the ad screen is named Meridio Ivadiru. Though he doesn't play a huge role in this specific story arc, he was the well-known winner of the edition Viktor was also participating in. They both were good friends. Due to Meridio's species having an ability to age really slowly, he decided to continue pursue music despite how many years have passed.
