Month Report # 8

This month, compared to the others, has been REALLY productive. We have done one entire zone of the demo, a nice amount of tracks have been made for the game, some ideas have been discussed with the team, etc. I'm really glad about the rhythm the development has taken, i will not put any deadlines for the demo though, that would be a really bad idea. I do can tell you to stay tuned to any more updates related to the demo, one of those days perhaps i will announce the release date ( Albeit, when i do, it will be when the demo is like, 99% done or so, so expect it to take some time from here ).

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

Sometimes the suction cup get sticky. Small animation I made in Blender after doing my tutorial on picking up/dropping objects in animations. Crate model by jQueary (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-sci-fi-crate-d98deca6…).

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
