So something that bugged me about making this game was that I couldn’t figure out how to get rid of the split-second delay whenever the background music loops. Well I found out that the problem was with the rendering options I chose with FL Studio and now that’s fixed!
Also, I made use of GMS’s Compress feature for audio files. Originally I made the audio Uncompressed because I thought it would be better but I found putting the audio to a compressed state didn’t change the quality much and greatly reduced the file size from 100MB to about 30MB.
Well, I’m learning a lot about game design, I guess.
