NEW Smash Ringtail Cat Demo Version 0.9.4 OUT NOW!

Hey Guys! Happy Holidays from Glass Seastar! To celebrate we are releasing a brand new update patch for the NEW Smash Ringtail Cat demo! A lot of work has been put into this demo for months now, and we're excited to give you a real first taste at what the game would look like when it releases in 2023! Here are the list of changes:

  • New death animations

  • Improved Fade in/out transitions

  • (WIP) effects for breaking breakable blocks

  • Background improvements for the forest level

  • New jump attack mechanic when in the air (WIP)

  • Redesigned spring sprite and animation

  • New shield mechanic

  • New lives and score system as well as a rank system for each level

  • New collectible Ringtail Coins

  • New and improved pause screen

Mae Borowski is the main character of Night in the Woods! It's an adventure game that tells the story of her return to her hometown of Possum Springs. She was confirmed as canonically pan in a social media post by the game's creator Scott Benson.
