Added a new epic enemy suffix: Ice Lancer.
Added three new difficulty settings: starting item, monster health and monster damage multiplier for more control of the starting difficulty.
Added an indicator in the difficulty settings to quickly see if cheats are enabled or not.
Added sounds for chests, time/space manipulator monster suffix and hunter monster suffix.
The amount of loot dropped is now adjusted to the number of monsters to give the player enough loot to be prepared for bosses.
Fixed an issue in the difficulty settings where the decrease in epic monsters added per level wouldn’t decrease by 1.
Fixed an issue of an infinite loop (and thus the game freezing up) on certain map size + monster number combinations.
The Stinker enemy should always have the correct sprite now when moving.
Optimized the Poison Frog enemy movement. It shouldn’t get stuck on top of a wall anymore.
