You can now use Timeline Marker Callbacks, so here's how.

I've redone this to be a standalone extension. This comes with two extensions. FMOD Studio, as the overall integration, and FMOD Studio Event Instance, an object used to represent an event instance, supporting parameters and callbacks.

I updated some things - hairs should no longer clip through hats (though now some hairs are broken with certain hats sadly) and some other things
