New weapons + Coloured Lights

Hey guys,

Since my last post here, Party Animal has had a lot of new content added to it. I’ll just be doing a quick summary here, but if you want to see more in depth, take a look here: http://incinious.tumblr.com

A major thing that has been changed is the way weapons work in the game. Guns and swords can now be directly added and edited through the in-game editor. This has allowed for some awesome weapons experiments;

A lot of work has gone into aesthetics of the game too. Stuff like allowing multiple backgrounds in a room with different parallax values and shiny sprites. This really allows each room created by a player to have that extra depth to it. Here is an example of a new room that has been added with parallax backgrounds;

Finally, AI objects have been worked on again, to fix up moving platforms, and enemies that can use the new weapons system;

Other stuff includes new game-modes, player sprites, and more bug fixing, along with further improvements to multiplayer.

Thanks for your time :)
