These 4 (plus the Ace who isn't in this picture) are mini-bosses at the start of a boss fight that appears late-game.

I made a cool office stage. I won't spoil who you fight here, but you can see them from their teens in the photo. However, it's from when they were at Woodstock '69, so they clearly don't look like that now (or back in 1992 when the game is set.)
