I have said this before, the policy of Genesis Sonic Worlds is that you can make fangames with it obviously. However, if your game is not using this engine entirely, for example, using any other engine, THERE SHOULD NOT BE PEICES OF GSW ANWHERE IN IT. You will ONLY use GSW stuff ONLY in GSW, there is no reason for the the code or frames or objects to be anywhere outside this engine, if you use Simple Sonic Worlds, or Not so simple, or anything else, there should be 0% GSW stuff in it all times, I made this engine so people can use it alone, not to steal it's stuff and put it in their games just cuz its good, if you think its good then switch to GSW for making a game instead of still using downgraded engines. Any GSW stuff spotted in any game that doesn't use this engine will have to face their game being taken down for plagiarism, same will go for submissions on challenges. This is the last time I'm warning about this.
