Since there is a new chart system, we will have to work on that and add another delay on 1.7

I've been drawing a little during my short break. Here's some of what I've done. Some of it is for a fnf mod I'm working on.

Since we had some extra time in our hands, we kinda decided to try to make a multiplayer mode and yes, this IS very buggy and unstable
