Sci-Jewel UI Reveal and Revision

This is the new UI revision for Sci-Jewel! The first UI is the main menu, with the second being the game board. The third UI is the interface you'll see while playing!

We also included conceptual shots of what the UI would look like in-game. They are only conceptual and are not accurate to any final layout decisions. These are not screenshots taken from in the game itself.

This is apart of the Redesign Overhaul that was on the 2024 Roadmap, so we are finally making more progress!
