-made all instances of static 2x faster than before (30 frames upon character movement --> 15 frames, 15 frames when opening cameras/pushing chomp back --> 5 frames)
-part of freddy and bite's balancing has been reversed, bite can now kill you while you are jamming, but freddy cannot. the opposite is true for older versions
don't worry about having to rebeat max mode or anything, these are really minor changes that don't modify the experience that much
