Patch 1.2.2 - GDC 2016


This patch is fully compatible with update 1.2 and introduces a level select for hardcore with level specific stats. It has some pretty big changes to how hardcore data is saved so I’m not 100% sure if it is bug free, so if you do encounter errors I would appreciate it if you let me know so that I can fix them ASAP!

If you are attending GDC2016, be sure to come by the GameJolt booth on Thursday morning to play Hindsight. I’d love to meet you all!

Added:

  • Hardcore levels can now be selected and played individually

  • Every hardcore level now has specific stats (best time, time spent overall, jumps, deaths, orb)

  • Version number is now displayed in the top left

Changed:

  • Hardcore speedrun level timer no longer runs during loading sequences

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
