Plot of Rogue II

THIS GAME IS A PREQUEL TO “Rogue - a 2D puzzle thingy”.

The game takes place in the dungeon underneath the town of London. “Rogue” (Claude Duval) attempts to loot the treasure in the dungeons, and encounters a lot of threats along the way (such as goblins, ghosts and “the necromancer”). Rogue would enter the dungeons without any means of harm, “just a quick robbery” he says, meaning he was very ill-equipped if he was to encounter any threats. Rogue went in to the dungeon, spirits high, to find some valuable items. To Rogue’s delight, there was all sorts of treasure chests, glistening in the torch’s light. But also, much to his surpise, he encoutered a lone goblin - without any equipment to fight the goblin, he tried to jump on the goblin’s head and knock him out cold! It worked, and Rogue was pretty pleased with himself. Suddenly, a huge flock of goblins, ghosts and necromancer’s ran towards Rogue’s direction…
