All you do is spreading this content even more and making more people see it, someone might accidentally click on it before checking your post and accidentally see what they didn't want to see
All you have to do if you noticed such account - report it
and maybe share with your friends(who don't mind it) IN DIRECT MESSAGES so they can report it too
