Programming Update


It's been a while since I've reported any programming updates but I swear progress has been made!!

Recent programming updates include:

  • The (admittedly still work in progress) merging of @sulfuri 's battle engine and my overworld engine. In the recording, you can see that I'm able to alternate between each one in real time!

  • More progress on the overworld engine, including new sprites by (@sulfuri ), map properties such as music, and I'm finally starting to get to multiple room support (which I've been dreading because I have no idea how to make that work LOL)

Sorry this isn't a lot, but I just wanted to show that the engines are still being worked on as the other elements of the game (writing, art, music, etc) are being developed as well.

progress is going really good! the fight system is currently in works

a full showcase of the features of my undertale love2d engine! (besides pausing and fullscreen/borders) i'm super happy with how it's going so far and it's so close to being done
