Hello again,
It's been a while. So, during the last month I have focused on trying to make the game more presentable while also adding some new core mechanics for the night segments (that are shown in the video above).
The big changes that were made during that period where:
The ability of being able to view the main monitor at the center. Mainly added this so it would be easier for people to look at the map, but I plan on trying to expand on it in the future;
Being able to finally close the vents as well as new animations of the player using a remote to close them;
Added a cursor that changes when overing interactable objects like shown in the video. Also added light and sound effects to make it clear;
Cameras are easier to see now (added based on feedback people gave);
New flashlight model/animations;
Generally making so the game runs better/ run at higher fps.
Aside from that, I finally finished Foxy's AI. Currently I am not working much on the main enemies because I prefer waiting for the models to get finished but I am still proud of that. Speaking of models, the normal version of Freddy is done, including the endo so I might show them eventually.
On one last note, development of the project will slow down a bit because me and other members will be busy with studies. Right now, I will probably try focusing on doing the post night segments (that are different from the original game) while I wait for the new models.
