So far it looking very possible. The nice thing about Evaldraw is that its very close to C++, which is what I need to use in order to work more directly with Voxlap.
Display basic models in the barebones of voxlap has produced some nicer results than in Evaldraw. In addition to a better look shading-wise, I’ll be able to use point lights and fog. Still don’t expect shadows or anything that fancy.
Currently I have successfully converted the basic map loading into the C++ version from the Evaldraw version. Next step will be getting the basic tile display system, which will take a little more time to convert.
