RADAR revamp, optimization

So, I’m not sure if it’s only a problem for me, but after you start fighting multiple large enemies there’s a significant framerate drop. It doesn’t make the game unplayable but it’s a hidnrance to future features and generally in bad form.

Right now I’m removing the minimap and repalcing it with a system that tracks and leads locked targets provided by your ship’s scanner part. It’ll make long range guns more dangerous in player hands and drop lag since I won’t be mappign and drawing all the bulelts ingame, which is another lag issue with multiple large enemies that will get fixed with the new display.

Next I’ll probably finish off the multi-2 type 2 missiles (the big ones).
