Hi all :)
Several people, that have uploaded video of Eela on their youtube channels, have got a copyright claim for one of the songs. Youtube’s copyright claim system is crap and many 3rd party companies try to get around it and claim rights that they don’t have. In the case of Eela it’s totally false and it’s no problem to upload the videos. Just click “Dispute Claim” in the copyright notification and state that the game developer has talked with the song’s composer and has got permission to use the song in the game Eea aslong as he credits the composer (as he has done). I purchased the song and also credited Mattia Cupelli (composer in this case) as we agreed on. It is not he who claim the copright but a 3rd party AdRev. Don’t worry, fellow let’s players! All songs are royalty-free or have been purchased for usage. It’s just Youtube being…well…Youtube…
Here is a link aswell, where you can get a draft from the conversation between me and Mattia and you can add this JPEG-file in the Dispute Claim part if you want to feel extra safe :).
