Second day!


Day 2 :D The cubes are now capable of arriving at the party from the outside, being idle, wandering around, feeling hungry, looking for food and eating to replenish their hunger meter. If they don’t find food and their hungry meter gets to 0 they leave the party.

The player can now replenish the food tables by clicking and holding there.

The player is also able to drag objects around.

It’s starting to take shape, but a long way to go xD It’s kinda funny watching those cubes walking around. They’re not aware of each other yet, so while they avoid furniture (got the navmesh updating after you drag something ^^) they crash right into each other, it’s like they’re kissing, lol.

Next up

New Headers! Just realized that despite all the new artwork, the header and thumbnail of the page were still showing that awful model made in 5 minutes. So… Took a screenshot from the game and made a new header/thumbnail ^^

Building system + UI! So happy :D Now gotta work on the actual points-system, winning conditions and stuff like that. Also more interaction between cubes.

Assets Assets Assets! Eliza has been hard at work on the assets, and they are looking great :D Meanwhile the UI is coming along, and now it’s possible to create stuff pulling from buttons. Hopefully I’ll have it playable by tomorrow.
