Should I add Cam stalling?

For Jebediah Cam stalling would make sense (If you know the lore)

Bill could have flashlight stalling when He's in the hallways

Bob can have anti-stalling when you flash the hall and he's there

Valentina can also have both cam stalling and Flashlight stalling. Maybe?
