Hey folks, Crimson here.
Another fairly brief update this month, given that I’ve been away on a foreign holiday for the majority of it. Nonetheless I’ve been using the time to refine a few of the less ‘mechanical’ aspects of Shrouded - particularly the story script. I’ve adjusted, tweaked and added things in various cutscenes and interactive objects within the world to make the flow and progression of the story much more natural.
In other news, I will be starting a new job and moving to a new place at the start of August. In a way, that makes things better for Shrouded if anything. I’ll be forced to develop on a strictly defined schedule to coincide with my day job - which in turn, will allow for more meaningful updates to the game, as opposed to just coming and going from the build when I ‘feel’ like it. But for the sake of not repeating past errors, I’m not providing figures or dates just yet!
Anyway, that’s it for now! I’ll check in next month again.
