Slick2d port v0.2

Second release of Slick2d version
Monsters:
-Did some modifictions with spawning

Stats:
-Updated stats screen
-Access through overworld menu

Overworld:
-Two maps using a WIP transporter (Water enter, grass exit)
-Updated background
-Graphics much more bearable
-Map specific monsters
-A ghost spawner
-Cabbage patch

Battle:
-Added an end screen
-Modified some animations

General:
-You can no longer move message boxes
-Some performance changes
