Smashed! Latest Week 3 Update.

Particles, in game 'purchases' smoother ending & restarts.

What have I been up to in the last week. Well, I've not yet uploaded a playable version to my website (or here). It's not that's it's not playable, just that I want to make sure nothing has broken.

What has been done though...

* As you play, you gain coins for each tile removed. Previosuly, you could trade these in for bonus tiles (lightning etc) before the game started. Now, these are in game purchases that you can 'buy' during a game - don't worry - no cash trades hands. If you've collected enough coins through previous games, you can buy as you play.

The end game sequence is getting slicker. Rather than waiting for the screen to fade then throwing you back to the title, when it's game over, you can just tap 'restart' and play again.

I'm also going to create an Android version, so have dealt with the scaling.

For some reason, the latest gif is 17MB, and it won't let me upload that, so you'll have to take my word for it.

Next week, I WILL definitely upload a playable version to garyd.tech

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
