So basically, i continue working.


As you may notice, my programming skills grew up a little bit.

What happened all this time?

Well firstly, i have changed the logic of timer. From using only nano seconds, i turned to the timer with delta time. What does that mean?

That means every frame is EXACTLY 1/60 of second.

But lets not go deep-dive into the code, and look at the enemies instead.

That one guy (i hope you know him if you watched my previous posts), who's name is Servus now, is the simplest enemy in a game, just like Goomba from SMB (Super Mario Bros.).

Also, i'm working on level editor, to make it count objects also. That means, it'll be much easier to me to place coins, enemies, and other stuff in the game.

So, i was wondering about putting ImGUI library into my engine.

Probably, it should make my work more easier, but i'm not really sure.

Guess i'll try.

After messing around with OpenGL i finally drew up a square.

Ох блять, если бы не over дохуя времени, я бы это не сделал.

Я уже думал забить на проект, но резко был переубеждён самим собой.

So, i have added texture batching, and now my fps flew up to 150 (max), and i think i'll also add texture atlases render, to have a simple sprite sheet with sprites in it.
