Sooo I haven't touched the project in a few months

I'm not scrapping it or anything, just that I can't draw for the life of me and drawing is fairly important for good character designs

ill try ignoring the art now cause that's worked out so far

Next up

I finally got some motivation and made updated placeholder renders for your room. There's some dithering and color limiting going on, which looks good so far!

(The first three images are the new placeholders, and the last two are the old placeholders)

Did almost everything to fully update one of the guys today which is very neat.

Ill only show the character mechanics when their art is done tho so heres a very unrelated quick sketch instead :)

Not much has changed mechanics-wise, BUT I've did some big structure-changes for the game, and ive got more ready for when i decide to do them

i also changed some placeholder art, and i changed the window size (dont mind the squished door plz),

I made the dev stuff toggleable finally, and i changed the mechanic for the door light yaay

nuh uh this site is not tryna tell me i haven't posted in 2 months that is just untrue

Anyways, I'm remaking my main menu but before I remake it I've done little changes to this old version

this renders A bit better than the other one :)

just found out there's raytracing in blender, thats mildly interstin.

my brain is too small i cant figure out what i even want to do for anything :(

this is the only thing in my game i made relatively good art for

if you look closely, theres white noise on the edges but its really dark

So it's been a week. It now has a neck. Impeccable progress.

I'm just going to stop working on the model for now, instead, I'll do work on the actual game.

I'll also make okay-looking placeholder art, so I would feel less embarrassed if I showed gameplay.
