I used my (mostly dead) Scratch account to create an engine that allows players to modify my battle system!
It contains all of the features and playable characters from PROEPILOGUE (and a few extra stuff too). If you're familiar with the Scratch engine, check it out!

Madeline is the main protagonist of the mountain climbing platformer, Celeste. The game has been praised for its visuals, gameplay, and introspective narrative. The game's creator Maddy Thorson confirmed that Madeline is trans in 2020.

This is the earliest concept art I found for PE's battle engine. It worked similarly to the original THSMC engine, besides the fact that battles had two enemies and that all battle participants were always in view.
