Wait… WHAT?! This is Devlog #10?!
Have we really made that many already?!
Well then, to celebrate… how about we jump straight into programming? ;D

We now have multiple alphas. We have playable content.
First of all, this is how the fangame currently looks:

We also have a save system in place! ^^

And the big news: we now have an Undertale-style battle system.

Oh… did we not mention that before?
There will be two types of battles in Skullrune.
In the Dark World, battles will follow a Deltarune-style format.
In the Light World, battles will follow an Undertale-style format.
And what’s going on with Susie? Why is she acting like that? 🤔

We’re excited to announce that we now have an Official SoundCloud page! :D

We’ve released many brand-new, previously unheard tracks!
Here are some of our favorites! ^^
PS: The songs are also available on our GameJolt page.
You can download them there!

We’re making progress on the next areas of Chapter 1!
Here you can see the concepts for one of them:

In the previous Devlog, we showed the menu artwork. Well, this time we’re showing the Game Over menu. Now fully implemented in-game ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If you persist in surviving, in standing back up, Susie will come to your aid and rescue you from the deep waters.

We almost forgot to mention: the mini-comics are progressing really well!
Here’s the new comic in case you missed it: Chapter 6.

As for the conclusion… well, we have internal deadlines.
As you may have noticed (along with everything shown in previous Devlogs), we have almost all of the base programming completed. The most complex systems are already done.
Now it’s only a matter of time before everything is ready for the remaining art, animations, and music to be fully implemented.
We’re really looking forward to what 2026 has in store! ^^
And from here, we want to thank all of you for supporting us every step of the way for following the updates, reading the comics, and being part of the wait for this project.
We’re truly grateful for all the love you give us 💚
