UPDATE: this post is now more on original version of chapter 2, as of now, tagey has took original version off and is remaking chapter 2 and even then i'm feeling skeptical considering the damage has been done but only time can tell and hopefully it will be good.

I can't express how much disappointment I feel from chapter 2 of Cabin Fever.

It didn't feel as good as chapter 1 and well that kinda pushes down the initial rating I had for the game

I honestly don't know what I felt during the chapter other than sheer amount of disappointment and blandness the game had for me, i don't really feel any satisfaction at all from beating max mode, just disappointed from how anti-climatic it was.

the gameplay here was mediocre at best I guess, I don't really have anything to say about it other than it feels unbalanced, didn't really explain the mechanic for one character and for some reason during "bowser's hunting for red coins" minigame sometimes lags when trying to click other cameras, i messed up because of it but thankfully won at last minute

the ending here felt pretty anti-climactic and well i guess it was something.

I will say that some of designs here look pretty good and jumpscares here looks great too

Honestly chapter 2 as a whole, i'm mostly mixed but pretty negative about it but I'm just gonna say that at least tagey tried his best and the chapter 2 is okay but it could've been a lot better, there were some potentials it had and yet nothing of that I guess

Chapter 1 back when it was released felt fun and pretty unique and well it had cool amount of content n stuff to explore a bit compared to chapter 2, it was pretty interesting.

But yeah idk I feel like it wasn't worth the wait honestly, I feel like they could've just took their time to release them both instead of just what we got.

but anyways
If I had to rate the chapters separately in tier list
I think Chapter 1 would be at least b-tier while Chapter 2 at least D-tier.
If I had to rank them together welllllllll
I think at least it would be c-tier maybe, and well considering chapter 2 is now released, the length here is now kinda long and full stuff added for new player who wanting to experience this

just throwing out my thoughts on chapter 2.
