Starting a runner game, themed for Hanukkah. Pretty bog standard runner, run left to right then from right to left in a set amount of time. Mistakes will cost time. You have 8 in-game days to win. Will be working on obstacles and additional tracks next.

Next up

So the game is now in a roughly playable state. Still a lot of obstacles and level design to go to flesh it out, then need to handle audio, menu, win/loss conditions and a bunch of other minor things.

Work continues on the graphics, it's starting to finally look like a game. I have a day/night cycle working with lighting. Still on a single "level" at the moment but that should change soon.

Managed to get sliding animations into the game, still needs a little tweaking though and collision detection added in. A lot of the core functionality is now in, soon it will be to get level design started.
