It has been a very long while since I last worked on this game. I took a break and I am finally starting to feel inspiration to work on it again.
To those who have been with me all this time, I hope I can live up to your expectations and thank you for not losing faith in me even when news goes radio silence for months on end. Thank you again. This game would not be where it is today if it weren't for you. I have reordered things a bit so the current HGE build release schedule looks a little something like this:
HGE: Pre-Alpha (Demonstrate puzzles and art style)
HGE: AI Demo (Demonstrate advanced reactive AI that will not be present in the pre-alpha but will be present in the Full Game)
HGE: Full Game (A fully explorable map with a reactive AI who stalks you across the map. There are many ideas that I hope to achieve but I may end up looking for a new AI dev to make these ideas come to life.)
I missed the three year development-iversary (sorry!) so hopefully this post can make up for that.
For the last time in this post I will say;
Thank you. For everything.
Next up
I have around 27% done of what's left to do for the Pre-Alpha. Hopefully I finish this century. While you wait, go see what Jon's been cooking up over on the site: https://albertarbyarchives.mystrikingly.com
https://albertarbyarchives.mystrikingly.com/gallery Jon recently emailed me and said he found a super rare, "August Apple & Friends" Cartoon Collection VHS!! It's pretty cool that he's been finding all these old artifacts from the old days of GA. He's so dedicated.
Beloved entertainment venue rises from the dead, boasting new name: "Dator's Rock 'n' Rave"!

What are we even gonna do with alla these costumes? I don't know... Boss won't tell me... We're an animation studio not a collector's storage unit...
These secrets go much... Deeper... Than one might think...
