Hello there and welcome back! This will be an overarching post where I'll propose to you and to @LivingCorpse7
so many possible universes with an associated mechanic!
We'll be going through some of the ones I thought, why I think they would be a good idea and a proof of concept of the characteristic to make the gameplay unique.
Should there be more games I never thought of, I'll absolutely make another post like this! With that out of the way, let us finally begin!

The Return to Bloody Nights (by @kazovsky ![]()
)
Why? The game is a classic, even getting a VR remake. It covers a rarely seen period in the FNaF timeline. It’s got at least 8 animatronics, making it a short but sweet universe
Unique mechanic: UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL. Very limited Buff/Debuff/Healing moves available. Each character would serve one very exact purpose. Choosing the right Buffs/Debuffs/Heals would become an integral part of gameplay. Most moves would be physical

Tyke and Sons Lumber Co. (by @Mixlas ![]()
)
Why? A pillar of the FNaF fan game community, a love letter to Scott, a continuation to Chipper’s, unique designs… need I add more?
Unique mechanic: CRAFTING. Attacks and moves would now be gearing in crafting, upgrading and modifying moves on the fly. To be able to damage greatly, you’ll need to craft and do so quickly

Playtime with Percy (by @FazieFunbear
)
Why? An incredibly unique game with an incredibly distinctive art style and design. Incredibly popular too in the community: it would be awesome to this universe implemented!
Unique Mechanic: AFFECTION. This is a mechanic working outside of battles but heavily influencing them. Take care, like a real Tamagotchi, of your characters. The more you love and pamper them, the more effective the attacks in battle

Post-Shift series (by @Rjac25
)
Why? An infamous series, with so many new animatronics making for a huge roster and so much effort put. So many variants too… what’s not to love of this little gem of a series? The lack of balance, perhaps
Unique mechanic: CHALLENGE UNIVERSE. An insanely complicated universe, with incredibly punishing mechanics, tactics and fights. Exactly like the original games. This would be the Final level of sorts, the Mastery Galaxy of UM

The Web of Cogs and Oil (by @ViTCH ![]()
)
Why? A famous game with an incredibly unique identity, so close to FNaF yet so far. A hell of sorts, which could bring to a perfect concept of a universe
Unique mechanic: TIGHTLY KNIT MOVESETS. Having only four characters, this would become a tightly knit group of mechanics working in tandem and well too. A very small universe but one that with the right moves could become a real puzzle to figure out

A Bite at Freddy’s (by @GarrettMcKay ![]()
)
Why? Incredibly iconic designs with an imaginative gameplay loop. It’s very well known too, which is always a nice thing to have going
Unique mechanic: BITE-SIZED BATTLES. Gimmick attacks turning into very small mini-games, making every battle small but unique, plus a few well made environments could go a long way in making this a universe to remember. It might just take a little to make a lot

TEALERLAND (by @NeeTroo ![]()
)
Why? Unique designs, unique setting, and unique mechanics. It’s pretty darned well known too and a well designed game overall
Unique mechanic: DECEPTION. Forget stuns, debuffs or buffs. Your best bet is now to deceive the enemy and to trick them into attacking the wrong characters, something only in their minds or to attack each other. It’s not as simple as ABC, however. Deception takes skill

Fazbear Entertainment: Storage (by @DaMikel
)
Why? A great excuse to place some great iterations of the Withered Toys, plus the game itself is really high effort and could translate well over to FNaF World
Unique mechanic: DISSUASION. No more stuns. You need to slow down enemies in other ways, otherwise you’ll quickly get crushed. Turn up the heat, shock the enemy or more, but beware: not all dissuading moved are born the same

Mary's Arcade [Classic] (by @psonday ![]()
)
Why? Unique designs, an overwhelmingly positive reception and the bit of fame associated with it... this universe would fit right in with the rest
Unique mechanic: BUTTERFLY EFFECT. Little actions at the beginning of a fight will have long lasting impacts for the rest of it. Think carefully before using a move: it might be your last

Banshee (by @KimarZuru ![]()
)
Why? Creepy, unique twists on iconic and loved designs, this would make for an interesting universe in the bunch. Dark universes always make for an interesting story, don't you agree?
Unique mechanic: BLACKOUT + SALVAGING. Salvaging would allow to recycle components from player team or enemy team into moves, heals, revives and more (sacrificing at the right time would become key). In addition to this, you can turn off the lights on the battlefield. Shrouded in darkness, both teams will have lowered accuracy and perhaps you could hit your teammates, but you'll both be a bit safer in the long run with the right moves

Five Nights at Friedrich's (by @ryon ![]()
)
Why? An incredibly GREAT parody of the game, so well constructed to become its own incredibly enjoyable experience, with iconic designs (looking at you, Fritterfalle)... what's more to love?
Unique mechanic: CARTOON LOGIC. A universe where moves gain more and more cartoon logic. Take huge items from seemingly out of nowhere, use an exclamation mark of surprise to beat up the enemy and so much more... the possibilities are (almost) endless

Bondee's Barnyard (by @Otis_Le_PoOtis ![]()
)
Why? Incredibly unique style, incredibly unique mechanics in an incredibly unique setting. This would spruce up the selection of universes available!
Unique mechanic: POV SWAP. Enemies and party members alike, you might find yourself playing against the other side! Let yourself die, lower stats, try to swap POV again and more, but NEVER stop moving. It would be a real shame if you met your demise like this

Chica's Party World: REBAKED (by @CPWDevelopment
)
Why? Look at the graphics. N64 graphics applied in an Adventure style. Plus the game itself is incredibly interesting and would make for an incredibly interesting universe as a result!
Unique mechanic: DOUBLE SIDED BATTLE. Have enemies on your right and on your left. Change the direction your team is facing at any given time. Leave your back unguarded and you'll receive extra damage. You're surrounded, constantly: can you get out of it alive?

Showman's: The Awakening (by @ih-ihs
)
Why? Unique designs in a heart-stopping game, this is the remaster and upgrade to what could be considered a great classic at this point (TOOT TOOT CHUGGA CHUGGA BIG RED CAR-), what's not to love?
Unique mechanic: PRESSURE. Deceive, stall and more, but nothing will stop from building more pressure on the team. The more the pressure, the faster the fight will go, until everything crumbles suddenly around you as you struggle to keep up with the tempo

Together Again (by @SirMemphisto_Heisenmorg ![]()
)
Why? Unique characters in a familiar setting, a futuristic take on the classic formula, and a possibility to bring possibly the most nightmare-inducing mechanic of them all
Unique mechanic: PANIC. The more the battle lasts, the more the damage, the more the mouse will shake, moves will be played at random, the screen will start blurring and more. Control yourself. Use moves to calm down. And get to end of the battle in one piece

Graveyard Shift at Freddy's (by @teamgraveyardshift
)
Why? Another game with unsettling character designs, this would be a great universe to implement alongside the others. Like FNaF 1 Remake, it would give the opportunity for haunting surprises
Unique mechanic: LACK OF TOTAL CONTROL. Characters will auto-play some moves, leaving you with less control overall. The moves that are auto-played are chosen at the start of battle. On a set loop, the character will always play a weaker version of that move for the rest of the battle, leaving with only two moves available when it's their turn

Nightmares Before Disney (by @peytonjmurdock
)
Why? Another universe which won't be cute no matter how hard you try, this will be one of the more unsettling universes to go through with the most panic-inducing gameplay of all
Unique mechanic: NIGHTMARE LOGIC. If something can go wrong, it will. If the enemy can do something to help themselves, they will. You are trapped in a nightmare. Become the monster yourself or let your demons take you
So here are all my pitches! So... what do you think? Any particular fan game you'd love to see getting made that wasn't announced or that I didn't cover? I would love to know!
