Hello everyone! Its almost been 2 months since a major update, huh? Yeah, development of Superestrial was put on a small hiatus due to me really over-working myself with the game, but now, development of Superestrial is now back, and making great progress! Here are some updates and news
Level Design:
For starts, I'm happy to announce that the demo level is almost complete! The main focus was on the main path, but there's also stuff that needs to be worked on. Such has side paths to make the demo more re-playable!
2. Misc. Additions:
This was actually added before the hiatus, but Superestial now has a main menu, and a pause screen! Granted, it's nothing too special or fancy, but this is the demo, so it's not like anything ground-breaking. Sound effects are now also being put in the game, so it's a lot less silent!
3. Slight Polishing:
Bugs. Are. EVERYWHERE. As the only person (Mostly) doing all of the code, it's not a shocker that a lot of bugs are in the game, especially since I've only been programming for a year, so a lot of time is also being put into fixing bugs as well. PROGRESS PERCENTAGE: With all that's been mentioned, as well as many more things completed, I'd say Superestrial is around 35%-45% complete (Hey! We're almost half-way there!) I really look forward to what the game could possibly end up being when the demo comes out, and I really hope you all love what I have in store!
