Taking the wraps off. For real this time.

Well... It's been a hot minute.

A while back, I released "Isle of The Beholder". This was a game jam game that was based on an early iteration of the systems for a game that (at the time) I called "Project Marina" After a massive overhaul and some IRL stuff going in my way, I finally release a tech test of the game. Complete with a final name.

This game has been in my mind palace while I was working on Immortal Sins. As the development of that game was derailed, it stuck on me. I wanted to work that at some point but given the issues I was encountering with Immortal Sins on top of burnout episodes, I was thinking of starting over, with better preparation and a completely new combat system.

After basically moving over to RPG Maker MZ, and a transitionary period to a new job, I finally get this tech test out. I was contemplating if I should have a closed test, but since I am a man-one-army (for now, at least), I uploaded it so I can get as much feedback as I can get.

Pay a visit on the game page here and feel free to send feedback.

As for Immortal Sins... It will be in a dormant state for a while. I may push out some bug fixes where necessary, but development's halted. Perhaps I'll reboot it after completing Marina's Odyssey, but it's too early to tell.

Game development progresses smoothly. A mini WIP.

It's going to take a while, but I am adding translations to the game (like Greek, as shown here).

Time for a bit of shenanigans: RPG Maker MV running on top of Tauri! This more future proofed framework means better performace and smaller file sizes. It does require some re-work in the engine, but it could lead to true cross-platform games.
