Unlocked hard mode

Added necessary-avoidable notes ("death" notes or "fire" notes)

Made precision for both hard mode and normal mode the same (uses normal mode's precision for better gameplay)

Fixed Hopes and Dreams custom event

Added +4 new songs (Dark Sanctuary, The Second Sanctuary, The Third Sanctuary, Black Knife)

Fixed an array issue that didn't let us chart "It's TV Time!" outside of the code

Added an offset to "It's TV Time!" so it doesn't start immediately

Added "Raise Up Your Bat" fully as a chart outside of the code

Removed the keyboard and controller key helpers every time you load a song (ones that would load next to Kris's chart and then disappear after a certain amount of time)

Made precision for hitting death notes much tighter so you can get away with near-hits

Fixed a bug where if you pressed your keys too early when a song had a offset for a song it would crash

Nerfed some charts in hard mode because some of them were genuinely too hard (every song is tested and is possible to complete)

Fixed issue with the mod being on a lower patch, now it works with the given guide in README.txt and the latest patch
