The Digital Antiquarian recommended ICBM!

Jimmy Maher (@DigiAntiquarian), the Digital Antiquarian, recommended ICBM on his blog!

ICBM was actually inspired by Jimmy’s series of posts about the 1986 Infocom game Trinity by Brian Moriarty. Those begin right here, and they’re full of a lot of amazing information about computer games and world history. I highly recommend you check them out.

Many of the original Infocom developers read Jimmy’s blog, so seeing ICBM mentioned on his site is a rare honour indeed.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
