The echo that should've joined smash joined this game instead! Shadow will be pretty similar to Sonic but with more power and changes to attacks (he'll also be a boss battle). Read the article for the moveset and context on the poll below


Shadow will still have the spindash and homing attack like Sonic but with some differences. The spindash will have a bigger damage cap but it will have a faster release time so getting to those bigger numbers will be difficult. At the start of the homing attack, Shadow will leap into the air and start floating up and down. You have to aim him at the enemy and press Z to have him charge forward. He'll miss if timed incorrectly. His last attack will be the chaos spear, which will work similarly to DK's coconut gun, where he charges up and with a correctly timed Z press will deal a lot of damage.

So about that poll, I'll give you a scenario. Shadow has been injured greatly by Sonic during their battle (you're playing as Sonic by the way), and is about to fall, but then he gets a burst of power flowing in him that gets him back up, and then his idle pose becomes static but intimidating (second image on this post) and he goes all out on Sonic, not holding back. Which song would best fit this scenario?

I haven't posted much because all of the work I'm doing is just optimizing. Any talk I'd do about it wouldn't be too interesting. I do have a little something though. Here's a work in progress of Knuckles' last attack

Finally fixed a pretty bad bug where if you hit a block too quickly, it would keep rotating. The fix is only applied to the solo block in this clip to demonstrate how broken the bug made things lol

I fiiiinally added the KO stars. I wanted to do it like how Superstar Saga does it, but I settled for how the 3ds titles do it

Here's a look at the new title screen! After pressing enter, the camera pans down to the top of Hoohoo Mountain where the character you selected is standing. After they say a voice line and pose, it transitions into the overworld
