Another week, another location teaser for the upcoming expansion! This week we’re bringing you one that was already featured in our At the Heart of Ruin trailer: the Fallen Tower.

Ruined like many other such places by the Calamity (or perhaps in the following centuries), the Fallen Tower used to stand tall and stalwart, possibly watching over a mountain range of the old Dwarven kingdom. Its Dwarven architecture has stood the test of time – it hasn’t crumbled into a pile of stones, but instead lies on its side, mostly intact. Once felled by catastrophe, now given to opportunity, its sturdy bulk has become a place of refuge to the explorers of this harsh wasteland. Recently, however, there’s been talk of deranged fanatics lingering around the tower and within its bounds.

Lately, guttural cries and tortured screams keep anyone who’d come looking away from the ancient landmark. Will you venture there, brave vagrus? Or will you avoid it like the plague, as most of the locals do?

Whatever you do, don’t forget to stay safe, stay wary, and conquer the wasteland!
