The Flipside - Valentines Day Development Update!


It's the day of love (and loneliness for me), so let's talk about The Flipside!

I'll be doing updates not every Saturday, but on things like holidays and such so there's more to show even though you won't get much.

Story

It's almost entirely figured out. I know what story beats happen when and where I just need to write it all along with concepting scenes.

Art

Is being done, like I said I need to sit down for an hour or two and just get some done so maybe I'll do that today.

I really like these designs and they were made by just making some random shapes.

What? A trailer? Yeah that might happen in spring. I might be in the next RM Direct but I want to show off a lot of stuff so maybe in summer or the start of fall.

What? A release date? Hopefully by the end of this year but more likely to be early 2026.

(I'm really bad at judging development time so I have no clue.)

Now I'm going to go play Keep Talking and Nobody explodes with my friend, eat some good food and maybe hop on Sea of Thieves if I feel like it!

A little over a year ago I made this post showing a plugin for RPG Maker MV that has the party recover all HP and MP upon leveling up. It was made using ChatGPT.

Mae Borowski is the main character of Night in the Woods! It's an adventure game that tells the story of her return to her hometown of Possum Springs. She was confirmed as canonically pan in a social media post by the game's creator Scott Benson.

I don't normally share stuff like this but I've been hyped for this for a long while now.

And fun fact, Good Kid is cannon to be Mira Fletcher's favorite band!
